Knee hooping is the kind of move that gets a lot of “oooohs” and “aaahhhs” from non hoopers. “Oooohhh I remember I could do that as a kid” “Aaaaahhh that looks so cool!”
And from hoopers trying to perfect knee hooping there are also a lot of “oooohs” and “aaahhhs”. “Oooooohhh why does it hurt so much?” “AaaRGH why does it keep dropping to the ground?”
Knee Hooping takes a lot of time and energy but this week I thought I would give you a few extra tips just to help you out on your knee hooping journey.
Here are 4 ways to improve your knee hooping…
- Squeeze your inner thighs together to activate your upper legs and butt.
- Never bounce.
- Play with different push points.
- Feel into your body
