I love glitter but not the mess. So I am ridiculously excited that one of my favorite looks #glitterroots is trending right now. Let me show you how to get the latest look without a huge mess.
Awesome for festivals, parties, performances or sad days! This is the easy to wash out and clean up version of glitter roots. I will show you how to create the Mermaid Bling side part and the Unicorn Topknot sparkle effect. Watch to the end for a few clean up tips!

For this look your will need :
– glitter in your fav colours. I recommend the large glitter because it is easy to wash out.
– hair gel
– hairspray to lock it in so it doesn’t fall everywhere
– optional hair dye or hair chalks I used Brite Organix purple semi and teak hair shadow
– mixing bowls
– a comb or brush
– hair ties or pins
– for keeping it totally no mess you might like to have disposal gloves, facial wipes and coconut oil. If you put coconut oil on your scalp and lightly(!) through your hair before doing this look it will be easier to wash and comb the glitter out of your hair and your hair will be soft and conditioned.
