Let’s just mix it up today. It is really important to send energy to all parts of your system when dancing, moving and working out so today is about doing just that.

Today’s groovy moves…

  1. Halo Mix Up – 1 minute
  2. Cha Cha breaks – 1 minute
  3. Waist March w Arms – 1 minute
  4. Booty Bump – 1 minute
  5. Double Time Waist Pulse – 1 minute
  6. Ninja Mix Up – 1 minute
  7. On Body Mix Up – 1 minute

Some hardcore hoopers out there have been taking each of the moves and doing them for a whole song. Woah. Love it. You can modify any of the moves to suit your energy and space but try to keep the momentum going on each one for at least 1 minute so you can really feel the benefit.
