Some things are unintentional. Like the fact that my tank top matches my beanbag in this week’s tutorial. Clearly I don’t have a stylist.
And sometimes the best hoop moves come out of mistakes. Like the Flip Fold Jump Through move.

This move definitely came out of mistakes I was making. I kept letting the hoop drop to one side after the flip off my body and it would just fall. Then I realised with a bit of momentum I could fold the hoop on my outstretched arm.
The moral of that story is…great new moves come from common mistakes!
When we stop and give up or retry every time we make a mistake two things happen. We miss the chance to create more flow and moves and we send a message to our body and mind that we messed up and must stop.
