Remember when you were a little kid and play time got cut too short? It was dinner time or home work time or bath time or some other time that interrupted the continuous play.
How did you react? Ignore the inevitable until you were coerced (possibly kicking and screaming)? Beg for more time? Cut a deal with the grown ups? Launch a full scale protest? Set off the alarms for nuclear meltdown?
These days how hard do you fight for your right to PLAY?

- Overworked
- Rushed
- Cold
- Uninspired
- Broken
- Hurt

Playtime is the direct pathway to your spirit, your inner child, creativity, life force and happiness. How easy it is to drop the simple and powerful healer to the bottom of the list.
