I will always remember where I was (in the middle of a park in Tokyo) when I was trying to learn the reverse escalator. It sticks in my memory because I truly felt like I would never understand it, the moves felt so new and foreign to my body. I was starting out on my hoop journey and had mostly been hooping on body.

 

It can feel a little strange to let go and allow the hoop to spiral down your body but if you check out the tutorial I made you this week I know you will get the reverse escalator in no time. Here are two variations for you!
