Is there anything better than a deep, relaxing stretch? OK perhaps a long soak in a divine hot tub. But back to stretching, ahhh the joys. Yet how often do we wrap up a hoop session and forget the stretches?
This week I share with you 5 of my favourite leg releases that you can use before or after your hoop practice. I prefer to do some soft, dynamic warm ups before hooping and stretch after. It is like giving my muscles a warm hug!
