Hooping brought me peace. My anxiety slips away inside that circle. It got me back in shape, I'm healthy again. It makes me happy. I learned how to have fun again.

Hellojammie

Learning to hula hoop has helped me find my sensuality again, helped me connect to my body and spirit, helped me be truly happy. The music, the smiling, it's better than any drug.

SARAH JEAN

Hooping has given me so much!! It's my favorite thing in the world to do. I love that I always have it to look forward to: always a new song to discover that inspires my dance and a new move to learn! And I'm thankful for all you have done to help me learn more!

SUEREDKA

It helped me not be the mom on the phone while my kids were playing. I started hooping after my first baby and I always feared I'd be turning to the screen too much to fill the void of giving up all the things I used to do pre kids.

CIRCLE OF EDEN

It's switched me on - finally it woke me up- it shook me up- my mind is happier- my body looks way better and I have all these cool new friends - it gave me a purpose - I had to lose it all except my family to gain everything, to know that hoop love it

HOOPMEDICINE

You are so inspiring! I hoop almost every day now thanks to you and love your teachings, and the beauty of a hooper enjoying themselves in the moment is so magical. Flow free.
