In hoop dance we can all get a little (or a lot) trick-centric. So focussed on getting new trick, after new trick and forgetting to dance and flow. The brain and body becomes fixated on mastery and technical execution and looses it’s ability to allow, to flow, to blend and DANCE. So I want to introduce a new style of tutorial – FLOW SESSIONS.
I have been in the Smoothie Lab for many moons hunting for the ultimate combination for us all to rock it! In my day I need lasting nutrients, high energy and good clean vibes. A smoothie is the best way to pack a ton of nutrients into a deliciously digestible meal or snack.
This week I want to share with you an extravagant way to go from forward spin to backward spin. Seems simple enough but a series of moves can create expansion and set your flow on fire.
