Note that the title did NOT say 15 easy hoop moves. These are gonna make you work it but I chose these 15 moves because working towards all or any of these moves is a journey your body and soul is going to love. One that will unlock new movement, creativity, attitude and strength. Are you ready?

As I said, not the easiest moves but the ones that will make the most impact on your body and your hoop dance flow. Be patient, take your time, practice often, play always! I recommend a focussed hoop dance practice of 15 – 60 mins 3 – 4 times per week will have you mastering these moves. Use this video as your hoop goals. #goals

Adding Isolations to Your Hoop Dance Flow

Two weeks ago we learned a ghosting isolation variation. On it’s own it can take some time to master, but break it down, take it slow and then pick up the pace as you start to feel stronger.

Tricks like that one are cool of course but they look much better when you piece them together with other cool moves. So make sure to try this Ghosting Isolation Flow Session.

The starting position of this ghosting isolation is not exactly a natural starting position though, so I thought we could tag a little extra to make an extended flow session with the ghosting isolation. Try this one with a fancy side body roll.

Now it is time to have some fun with your hoop. See if your body and brain can firstly memorise all three of these and groove them together. Remember to allow movment in your body and not get stuck in your thoughts.
